Shipping Timing & Charges
All full size rugs include shipping within New Zealand, free of charge. Samples incur a $30 postal fee, which is refunded when samples are returned to us.
Our rugs are stored with our fulfilment partner in Mount Wellington, Auckland and shipped nationwide using a specialist oversize carrier. This means that the utmost care and attention is taken in transporting your rug.
For in stock items please allow 2-4 working days from ordering your rug, to delivery.
If your desired rug is out of stock, you can place a pre-order and we will update you on the expected timeframe for delivery. This should be no more than 6-8 weeks.
At this stage we do not ship outside of New Zealand.
Custom orders will take 6-8 weeks from order and payment, to delivery.
Shipping and Returns for Samples
Samples can be ordered online for a refundable $30 shipping fee, and are sent with a return package slip to make the process as seamless as possible. Full instructions for returning samples are here and included in your sample pack. If you have any issues with this, please reach out to us hello@storesusu.com.
Returns
We are confident you will love our rugs, however you may return items within 10 days of delivery, provided they are in original condition and returned in their original packaging. Customers are responsible for courier costs to return the item to our Auckland warehouse, please note that we are not able to allow public drop-offs.

Refunds are processed upon receipt and inspection of the returned items to ensure they are in original condition, and in original packaging.
