  • Susu offers a range of rugs for sale. All descriptions, images, and prices are subject to change without notice.
  • Although we strive for accuracy, we do not warrant that product descriptions or pricing is always error-free.
  • Colour Variation: Rugs may exhibit colour variations due to multiple factors, including the type of lighting under which they are viewed. Different lighting conditions (for example, natural light versus artificial light) can alter the perception of colour, leading to noticeable differences.
  • Soiling and Wear: Over time, dust, dirt, and general wear can dull the vibrancy of a rug's original colours. Additionally, the compaction of the rug pile may obscure the colour variations known as "abrash," potentially altering the overall appearance.
  • Dye Lot Variances: There may be slight discrepancies in colour due to differences between dye batches. These variations are not considered defects, and it is important for customers to be aware that samples may not perfectly match the final product.
  • Colour Matching: The colours displayed in images or samples are intended as a guide only. True colours are best matched to physical samples, and customers should anticipate some level of variation from what is seen online.
  • Non-Claimable Variations: Colour variations are not classified as defects and do not provide grounds for claims. It is essential for customers to understand that some degree of colour variation is normal and expected in handmade and natural fibre rugs.
  • Care Instructions: To maintain the vibrancy and quality of your rug, we recommend following specific care instructions, including regular vacuuming and professional cleaning when necessary. Avoid placing rugs in direct sunlight to minimise fading. Please see our care guide for more details.

 

6. Order Acceptance and Payment

  • Your order constitutes an offer to purchase a product. Susu reserves the right to accept or decline any order at our discretion.
  • Payment must be made at the time of purchase. We accept various payment methods, which will be listed at checkout.

7. Shipping and Delivery

  • Information regarding shipping options and costs will be provided at checkout. Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed.
  • Risks of loss or damage to products pass to you upon delivery.

8. Returns and Refunds 

  • You may return items within 10 days of delivery, provided they are in original condition and returned in their original packaging. You are responsible for courier costs to return the item to our Auckland warehouse, we do not allow private drop-offs. Detailed conditions apply.   • Refunds are processed upon receipt and inspection of the returned items.
