Returning Your Sample
To ensure your sample return is processed correctly and without delay, please follow the instructions below.
Samples must be booked for return within 10 days from the date the sample is received to qualify for a refund.
Step 1: Prepare the Return Parcel
Place the sample securely into the return packaging provided, this has the return label already attached.
Step 2: Lodge the Return with NZ Post
You can return the parcel using either option below:
Pickup
• If you want a pickup booking, a Courier will collect the parcel from your nominated address.
• Visit https://www.nzpost. co.nz/tools/bookapickup/address
Drop-off
• Take the parcel to any NZ Post branch or drop-off point and hand the parcel to staff for processing.
Keep your tracking reference. After we receive the return your sample fee will be refunded to the original payment method within 5 working days.
