How long will my rug take to arrive? 
Our rugs are warehoused in Auckland, so if we have it in stock it will arrive within 2-4 business days. If we don’t have it in stock, the details of the next shipment will be shown on the product page. 

Do you have any samples, or a showroom? 
We have samples available to order, but no showroom at this stage. If you are after more in depth advice about colours and sizes, please reach out to us.

What is the process with ordering a sample? 
Visit the samples product page, select the colours you would like, and continue to cart to check out. When you are done with your samples, return them to us in the courier bag provided by visiting NZ post and booking a pick up. Once it has been received back at our warehouse, you will be refunded.

Will my rug match what I see online? 
We have taken great care to ensure that the product photographs are a clear depiction of rug colours, however they are a natural wool product and hand dyed so small variances may occur.

Do you ship overseas?  
We only ship within New Zealand at this stage. If you have a specific request please contact us.

Do you do custom orders?
Yes, we do one-off rugs in a range of different colours. Contact us for a quote.

Where are your rugs made? 
Our rugs are handmade by talented rug makers in India using 100% NZ wool.

Will my rug fade?
We recommend placing rugs in low sun exposure areas or using curtains / UV window protections to prevent rugs living in direct sunlight. Natural wool fibres are susceptible to fading. To limit fading in specific areas we suggest rotating rugs regularly.

Do I need a rug underlay?
It’s not a necessity, but if your rug is on a slippery hard surface such as polished concrete, it will prevent it from moving or warping. 

Do you offer returns? 
Yes, we can arrange for your rug to be collected and returned to our warehouse. Customers are responsible for return courier costs.
